Day 1 + 2

Yesterday I started eating good and working out. I've made this my goal to start working out til the end of this year. Then the beginning of next year start weight lift training. I'll be using this blog to track my daily routines and discuss how I feel. So this blog will definitely benefit me if I need it.

Tomorrow I'm going to the YMCA close to my job and apply for a GYM membership and make a goal everyday after work to go to the gym.

My workouts are going to consist of all cardio work outs to burn the fat. I'll be doing 15 minutes on the Eliptical and 15 minutes on the treadmill. I'll do 30 minute workouts for a month, and then month two kick it up to 45 minutes. and then 2 weeks kick it up to an hour. From then on, will see where it takes me.

I'll have my weight in and then my target goal weight. I will dedicate to this like as if it was my girlfriend.

Thought it was going to get UH-"GLEE"

I just watched the pilot episode of Glee on Hulu, and I was very skeptical when I saw the promos on television earlier this year, but I have to say it's going to be a show worth watching. The cast is wonderful, starting with the beautiful and talented Lea Michele who plays Rachel Barry. She can sing her ass off and I must admit, I think I'm developing a TV crush on her just because I honestly think she's a bombshell with that voice. Now I usually don't go rambling on about TV shows and I just thought I would share this with you people out there, so I definitely want you guys to check out "Glee" on FOX.
